Personnel on orders to Kirtland Air Force Base must contact the Kirtland Inn prior to making off-base lodging plans, or forfeit reimbursement. On base lodging includes Visitor's Quarters, Large Lodging Facilities, Distinguished Quarters, and Large Distinguished Quarters. Amenities include internet access, microwave, refrigerator, a DVD player, cable TV, a safe, and coffee pot. Pets are allowed in a few TLF rooms, inquire when reserving. PCSing personnel may stay up to 30 days maximum.

The reservation desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Inn will take advance reservations for temporary duty and permanent change of station personnel at any time.
